This proposal aimed to small budget for construction and maintenance
The precondition consist of sharp drop of population, nuclear family and way of reducing property tax. It's 255 sqm natural green area, building coverage can not exceed 20% by law and the burden of property tax is reduced only if the floor area is 85 sqm less. So, the key of design is strong connection between house and courtyard. It'll give a lot of difference for living than apartment complex life and will realize importance of own courtyard.
